Customize Your Account: You have control over how you communicate, pay bills and more within your account. Don't have an account? Visit our website and register with an active email address along with phone number, address or account number to begin customizing. If you have changed your phone number or email address, please remember to update your contact information so we can continue to send you important information.
Text Alerts: You can choose to receive outage, billing and payment notices via text and email alerts. If there's an outage at your home or business, you'll be notified right away and receive specific outage updates sent to you. You can also enroll in high use alerts, which provide an early signal that your bill might also be higher than normal. While you're enrolling, you can sign up for email newsletters on topics that interest you.
Payment Programs for All: I&M offers several payment programs depending on your budget. Whether it’s enrolling in AutoPay, the Average Monthly Payment (AMP) plan or asking for a payment extension or a payment arrangement – these are open to all customers.
Ways to Save on Your Monthly Bill: I&M customers with a medidor inteligente can review their Weekly Energy Update (WEU). The report shows when and how you use energy in your home. You can also access customized tips to help you save energy and possibly money on your bill. To access your unique report, log into your I&M account and navigate to Account Settings.
