A common spring activity is to plant a tree or other type of vegetation at your home or business. Before you start digging and planting, make sure you're staying safe and planning ahead.
You're encouraged to consider the lifespan and growth of the plant and its proximity to power lines and other electrical equipment. You should also think about the following:
- Altura. Ensure the tree top will remain more than 10 feet from a power line, even when it’s fully grown.
